به گزارش خبرنگار اجتماعی ایرنا، 'مهدی فراهانی' امروز - یكشنبه - در هشتمین جلسه محاكمه متهمان پرونده فساد بزرگ مالی كه در شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب اسلامی تهران به ریاست قاضی ناصر سراج برگزار شد، در دفاع از كیفرخواست صادر شده علیه 'ع.ر' سرپرست سابق شعبه 6 بانك صادرات خوزستان افزود: متاسفانه آقای 'ع.ر' طی تا سه سال گذشته، حدود چهار مرتبه رشوه گرفته است.

نماینده دادستان تهران افزود: 'ع.ر' بجای تذكر به 'س.ك' رییس بانك صادرات شعبه گروه ملی، به عنوان مافوق وی، عكس آن اقدام می كرد و اگر نظارت متوسط نیز بر شعبه زیر مجموعه خود داشت، این فساد اتفاق نمی افتاد.

فراهانی گفت: صرف نظر از اقرار و اعتراف آقای ع.ر به دریافت رشوه، آقای س.ك در اظهارات خود گفته است كه آقای ع.ر، فردی طماع و حریص است به طوری كه حتی در دفعه آخر كه س.ك به وی 30 میلیون تومان می دهد، نمی گوید كه به عنوان پاداش بده، بلكه اظهار می كند كه این پول را بده تا قضیه را حل و فصل كنم و این مساله قرینه ای بر ركن روانی و سوء نیت متهم است.
